This is the new sound

So I’m on week 3 of my diet and so far so good.  The main ingredients for success are going to the gym each and everyday and my planned cheat day each week.  Basically, I spend all the days I have to eat right and work out pining for the day that I can throw it all out the window and eat whatever I want.  Since I want to maximize the benefits of that I usually designate Saturday for that purpose which is why I have had both pizza, pasta, and rum all in the last 10hrs.  Life is good, at least until tomorrow…

Looks like JLH might go the whole hog, it just depends on how well her ratings do.
